A three-quarter length cloak with semi-detached sleeves cut from black satin figured in brown with a repeat cluster of three flowers in fine matte rib silk weave. The narrow stand collar and cuff edge of the semi-detached sleeves are trimmed in ribbed velvet. A chenille fringe composed of three long tear-drops suspended from a loop finishes the sleeve's edge. Centre back at waist level a corded motif has been applied.
