Physical description
Hat of cream felt with deep crown and broad brim, white felt layer on underside of brim. Upper brim has three rings of felt in three shades of blue, overlapping to represent the sea. A section of card shaped like a shark fin, and covered with black adhesive tape is attached to the brim. Also positioned on the brim is a raft, constructed with pretzels and string and a toothpick and felt flag. The raft is tied to one of the three felt covered wire palm trees attached to the crown, with applied green felt pieces to represent foliage and grasses. A black and white plastic cow is glued to the top of the crown.
