Hat with deep crown and broad brim, in cream felt. The brim is overlayed with fourteen irregular felt shapes in tan, cream, dark brown and pale blue. Attached to the brim at the base of the crown in a padded brown felt tube with orange fringing at the end to simulate a cow's tail. Three pink rubber teats rise from the crown and a yellow rubber glove stuffed with wool is attached to the brim, with the thumb and forefinger attached to one of the teats.
