Physical description
Hat with deep crown and broad brim, in red felt, with the brim covered with two layers of fringed orange felt and the crown built out into the shape of a bird, in black felt and multi-coloured felt representing the plumage. The beak has been stiffened with cardboard and the eyes are plastic and metal shank buttons sewn into place.
