Features a V-neckline and decorative stitching on bodice with fine rows of diagonal pintucks repeated on the hip-line of the skirt, short cape sleeves, trimmed with three large flounces, the flared skirt comprising 8 vertical panels is trimmed with vertical flounces along the seam lines decorated with pintucking.
