Materials

The frame uses composition decorative work on a wooden chassis. The corners are filled with stylised mask forms reminiscent of 18th century decorative elements.  The surface is gilded throughout with false gold on a strong red-orange bole.

Frame Condition

The frame is in good original condition with only minor losses to the leading edge.
