Physical description
Textile wall hanging with heavy cotton ground fabric decorated with batik. The composition is dominated by a giant horse surrounded by Quinkan spirits, macropods, fruit bats, various species of fish, men and women, hand prints and shields in x-ray style, using the colours of natural ochres. The textile is complex with several layers of imagery, in the manner of a rock painting.
