Physical description
The dress is made with cream interfacing linen. The body of the dress features a curving welted seam that runs from the centre back neckline to the right hem edge. The short sleeves are shaped differently, one sleeve has a prominent horizontal dart, while the other is plain. The collar is formed by linen wrapped and tied around the neckline like a crushed piece of paper and sewn into place. The dress fastens at the proper left shoulder with a row of three at the proper left shoulder with a row of three metal press studs and at the proper left side seam with a zipper. The dress has a raw lower edge, shaped in an assymetric curve.
