Physical description
Full length organza dress in black and white polka dot fabric. Long line smocked torso to the hipline, descending to softly gathered skirt section. The bodice features a large off the shoulder ruffle which runs across the neckline and sits over the smocked section. The skirt section is lined with a loose black petticoat.
