Physical description
Soft grey, bias cut evening dress of triacetate polyester crepe jersey edged in silk organza at the neckline, sleeves and hemline. The dress features an asymmetrical décolletage veering off to proper right armpit. The sleeves are also asymmetrical with a small cap sleeve at proper left and larger twisted and draped sleeve at proper right. Diagonal darts extend from under the bust across the body to form a gathering at the right hand hip before descending in a narrow line to the irregular hem and rear train. All seams and darts are topstitched. Fastened with an invisible zip in left proper side seam. A separate underskirt of soft grey silk chiffon with flame singed nylon tulle ruffles extends from under the skirt to give volume. It is caught up at the left proper side seam creating a soft pleat. Fastens at waist with silk chiffon ties.
