NGV Summer Sundays 2017

Breakout rockers Camp Cope, former triple j unearthed winner Ali Barter, acclaimed singer-songwriter Emma Russack, and emerging indie pop artist Gabriella Cohen are the headline acts for the upcoming season of Summer Sundays at NGV International. This FREE, all-ages event series runs from 1pm-6pm every Sunday through February 2017 in the NGV Garden.

Tony Ellwood, Director, NGV, said, ‘The National Gallery of Victoria is pleased to once again invite visitors to experience some of Melbourne’s most talented emerging performers in the unique setting of the NGV Garden, featuring the distinctive and playful 2016 NGV Architecture Commission by M@ Studio Architects.’

Summer Sundays also offers DJ sets, an Asahi pop-up bar, delicious food, and sweet treats from Gelato Messina, who will create a bespoke flavour for each week of the series.

In 2017, Summer Sundays will include a special colouring activity for kids.

5 February: Gabriella Cohen

12 February: Ali Barter

19 February: Emma Russack

26 February: CAMP COPE
