Treahna Hamm

Born 1965, Melbourne, Victoria; lives and works in Yarrawonga, Victoria. Treahna Hamm, a Yorta Yorta woman, held her first solo exhibition at Hogarth Galleries, Sydney, in 1992. In 1996 she was awarded first prize in the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Art Award. She has contributed to numerous exhibitions, including Tooloyn Koortakay, Melbourne Museum, 2003; Awakenings, Koorie Heritage Trust, Melbourne, 2003; Inside Out, Albury Regional Art Gallery, 2005; Land Marks, National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne, 2006; and Culture Warriors: National Indigenous Art Triennial, National Gallery of Australia, Canberra, 2007.
