Artist statement: Perspectives (2013) is a two channel video art work that traces three skate boarders through the streets of Melbourne. Shot with two cameras placed perpendicular beneath the skateboard, the perspective of this work creates a new view of the urban. As the film evolves, and the emotive sound track builds, the work crosses genres of skate film, road movie, and Western.
