Born 1977, Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, arrived Australia 1979; lives and works in Melbourne. Selina Ou received a Bachelor of Fine Art (Honours) from the Victorian College of the Arts in 2001, and has exhibited regularly since. In 2011 she was the recipient of the Australia Council for the Arts Greene Street residency, in New York. Her recent exhibitions have included Beside Myself, GRANTPIRRIE, Sydney, 2010; New York, Sophie Gannon Gallery, Melbourne, 2011; and New York, Studio 12, Gertrude Contemporary, Melbourne, 2011.
