Peter Kennedy first exhibited neon light works in 1970 as part of his conceptual and multidisciplinary art practice. For Melbourne Now Kennedy is creating his largest neon light work, drawing on his own lineage of light works and incorporating recent developments in particle physics, including an equation that makes use of the groundbreaking discovery in 2013 of the Higgs boson or ‘God’ particle.
