Patricia Piccinini works across sculpture, photography and video to create works that amalgamate the natural environment with simulated realities. The carrier comprises a hyper-real and life-sized sculpture of a man – who seems also part gorilla – carrying a woman. While ambiguous and intriguing, their relationship is also full of warmth and intimacy.
