Kate Rohde shares insights into the influences and development behind her practice. Rhode’s process of applying excessive detail evokes a meditative mental state which is reflected in her works fantastical nature. She describes how her work and practice have been influenced by the transition between the realms of art and design. Kate was nominated for the Rigg Design Prize 2015.
