After rehearsing for months in front of a camera at home, dancers of The Australian Ballet staged their latest season at NGV Melbourne. Bodytorque.Digital is a series of new dance works by up-and-coming choreographers paired with emerging composers.
‘Who is change, who is fear? A pit in your stomach, empty lungs, shaking hands. What happens when you sit with them? Get to know them, make peace with them? This work, New Ghost was filmed in the 17th and 18th century galleries at NGV International. Choreographed by Mason Lovegrove, performed by Serena Graham and Joseph Romancewicz, with music performed by Orchestra Victoria.
