Book Launch, Panel and Signing: Carve a Future, Devour Everything, Become Something

Presented by NGV

Sorry you missed this one!

Darren Sylvester has developed a unique practice over the past two decades, working across photography, video, installation, performance and music. Sylvester’s work is a projection of his hopes and dreams, middle-class conundrums, the banality of work, loss and longing, love and romance, fear of death.

Join us for a panel discussion exploring the development of artist Darren Sylvester’s monograph ‘Carve a Future, Devour Everything, Become Something’ from concept to book. Delving into the multi-disciplinary approach taken in this contemporary artist monograph, we will hear from contributors on the collaborative processes from the perspective of design, curatorial, writing and from the artist.

This is an Auslan interpreted program.
