Christian Bason: Enabling Transformation Through Design

How can cities harvest new opportunities through design as a resource for business innovation, economic development and for transforming public services? What are the potentials and responsibilities in being a “City of Design”? Christian Bason will give insights into the power of design as a societal resource. He will share experiences of other locals – in Denmark and elsewhere – and propose how design can assist cities and their local communities to shift from an industrial-based economy and culture to shaping the next society.
