Take a journey under the sea in this yoga and storytelling session led by Rina from Sunny Time Yoga and yoga instructor Hayley Bonnici.
Sunny Time Yoga run children’s yoga classes and are passionate about communicating the benefits of yoga in contributing to a healthy mind and body.
During these sessions children and families are guided through mindfulness activities and yoga poses and games. Learn how to do a downward dolphin, rock your body like a boat and slow down with some puffer fish breathing.
While children of all ages will enjoy the experience, children aged 3 years and over will feel more confident to join in.
