Join NGV Guides in conversation each month as they introduce highlight works from the NGV Collection and exhibitions. No prior art knowledge or experience is required.

In this session we introduce a range of historical and contemporary Australian portraits from the NGV Collection, including works by Tom Roberts, Lina Bryans, Kaylene Whiskey and William Yang and consider different ways portraits can reflect the time and place they are made, and express personal, national and cultural identity.
