Are you interested in a visit to the National Gallery of Victoria but cannot physically visit? We would love to see you or your community group or aged care centre online through our program Gallery Visits You.

Join NGV Educators in conversation each month as they introduce highlight works from the NGV Collection and exhibitions. No prior art knowledge or experience is required.

In July we explore the global influence of kimono designs and Japanese fashion. Featuring a selection of historical costumes alongside works by contemporary designers works featured in the NGV exhibition Kimono (4 Jun – 5 Oct 2025), we consider Japan’s textile traditions and their impact on contemporary fashion, art, and design.

Online Event Instructions
