Members and guests are invited to discover the breadth of Rembrandt’s creative innovation at an exclusive introductory talk for Rembrandt: True to life by NGV Curator Petra Kayser.

Rembrandt: True to life presents more than 100 etchings, alongside paintings and drawings from the NGV Collection and important loans from the Rijksmuseum, the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC, the Louvre Museum, the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna, and the Teylers Museum in Haarlem. The works will be displayed in thematic groups of self-portraits and portraits, religious motifs, landscapes, nudes, and genre scenes, to give insight into the scope of Rembrandt’s oeuvre.

This program does not include an exhibition viewing. Tickets to view the exhibition can be purchased here.
