Are you working on your art folio at school or perhaps you enjoy drawing in your free-time? Sharpen up your observational drawing skills with a local artist in these drop-by drawing sessions just for teens.
Set in the galleries of the 19th Century Australian Art Collection, enjoy drawing challenges related to art works while practicing skills and techniques such as contour, shading and texture to achieve three-dimensional effects with pencil and paper.
These sessions are created especially for secondary school students aged 12 to 18 years. No prior art experience is required, and all materials will be provided.
Numbers are limited so booking is recommended.
The NGV Teens program is generously supported by Beatrice Moignard, The Betsy and Ollie Polasek Endowment, The JTM Foundation, Alex & Brady Scanlon and Rachel Kwei.
