Urban mobility is no longer just about private cars and public transport. With an ageing and expanding urban population, their convenience is compromised and alternatives have emerged. New transport trends don’t always need infrastructure, fuel, parking, or timetables. They are designed for the young, elderly, mobility impaired, main stream commuters and the ‘wild at heart’ and each has a place in our congested and contested urban areas. This event includes presentations and panel discussions to help design ‘Places for People & Mixed Mobility’ followed by a networking opportunity from 5:30pm with light refreshments.
