Born 1978, Melbourne, Victoria; lives and works in Melbourne. Anastasia Klose graduated from the Victorian College of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Art in 2005, followed by a Master of Fine Art from Monash University in 2012. Recent solo exhibitions include ACCA Pop-Up Program, Australian Centre for Contemporary Art in Venice, Italy, 2011, and I Can’t Stop Living, Gertrude Contemporary, Melbourne, 2012. Selected group exhibitions include Feminism Never Happened, Institute of Modern Art, Brisbane, 2010; Primavera, Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney, 2012; and Contemporary Australia: Women, Queensland Art Gallery/Gallery of Modern Art, Brisbane, 2012.
