Born 1975, Melbourne, Victoria; lives and works in Sydney. Bianca Hester was awarded the Melbourne Prize for Urban Sculpture in 2011, and also in 2005 with collaborative group OSW. She has held solo exhibitions at The Showroom, London, 2008; Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, Melbourne, 2010; and Glasgow International Festival of Visual Art, 2012. Her work was included in the group exhibitions Primavera 10, Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney, 2001, and HaVE A LoOk! HAve a Look!, FormContent, London, 2010.
