Starlie Geikie

Born 1975, Lismore, New South Wales; lives and works in Melbourne. Starlie Geikie has had solo exhibitions at 18th Street Arts Centre, Los Angeles, 2006; Canberra Contemporary Art Spaces, 2008; and Utopian Slumps, Melbourne, and Art Forum Berlin, Germany, 2010. Group exhibitions include Primavera, Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney, 2002; Starlie Geikie and Lauren Berkowitz, Neon Parc, Melbourne, 2008; The Horror of Tradition, Andrew Shire Gallery, Los Angeles, 2008; and The Secret Life of Plants, Linden Centre for Contemporary Arts, Melbourne, and Fremantle Arts Centre, 2009. She was a founding member of artist-run initiative CLUBSproject Inc., Melbourne.
